The guide for submitting an opinion report, impeachment paper and questionnaire of service

1. The way of making an opinion report and impeachment paper

(1) We have set up an “impeachment box” and an “opinion box” for use by the public. Those who have opinions on the reform of prosecutorial operations may write an opinion report and those who want to make an impeachment may prepare an impeachment paper to put it into the “opinion box” or the “impeachment box. ” We collect the papers every day.

2. Items to be included in the opinion report:

The names, gender age, ID number, occupation, address, contact telephone should be included, and concrete opinions about reforming of the prosecution practice.

3. Items to be included in the impeachment paper:

(1) The name, gender, age, ID number, occupation, address and contact telephone of the person who makes an impeachment should be included.

(2) The name, occupation, address or identity of the person impeached.

(3) Concrete fact and evidence.

4. We pledge to keep secret about the name and identity of the person who makes an impeachment.

However, if he or she fabricates to falsely incriminate others, the person will be charged according to laws.

5. Use of questionnaires of service

To promote administrative efficiency in offering sincere and effective service, we have questionnaires of service in the information booth and the “judicial Police office” You are welcome to use the form to express you valuable opinions for the benefit of our reform effort.
